The Trained Retrieve from start to finish can be easy for you and your dog.

This series presents dogs of a variety of temperaments and at different stages of learning, giving you a complete picture of the training process.

Part I "Hold" includes:

• Holding birds calmly.
• Carrying game birds, large and small, without chewing.
• Reinforcing "Hold" with the electronic collar.
• Releasing the bird promptly on command.

  Part II "Fetch" includes:

• Introducing the "Fetch" command.
• Reinforcing Fetch with the electronic collar.
• Establishing a quick pick-up and prompt return.
• Solving common problems, such as nipping back at the bird after delivery.
• Part 1 "Hold" (60 minutes).
• Part 2 "Fetch" (70 minutes).
